Biography

Paula Caligiuri, Ph.D. is an I/O psychologist dedicated to helping companies, business teams, and executives become effective in today’s complex global environment. Paula is a D’Amore-McKim School of Business Distinguished Professor of International Business and Strategy at Northeastern University.

Through her consulting firm, TASCA Global, Paula works extensively with leading organizations and universities on the selection and development of culturally agile students and professionals. She has been a frequent expert guest on CNN and CNN International.

Named as one of the most prolific authors in international business for her work in the areas of expatriate management, global leadership development, and cultural agility, Paula has authored or co-authored several articles and books – including Cultural Agility: Building a Pipeline of Successful Global Professionals. I've authored "Cultural Agility: Building a Pipeline of Successful Global Professionals" (Jossey-Bass 2012).
