Beverly Kaye received the 2019 Best Practice Institute Lifetime Achievement Award. Louis Carter presented the award to Bev Kaye at Equinor at their HQ in Houston, TX during a 2019 BPI Senior Executive Board meeting.

Bev is In Great Company with the past lifetime achievement award winners John Kotter, Frances Hesselbein, and more. “We chose her based on her significant contributions as a founder of the field of career development. We consider her to be the pioneering thought leader who created the field, giving us all the opportunities to practice our trade today and hold related positions in leadership and talent management. Because of her and other pioneers who have founded our Board, we have dedicated our lives to career development,” said Louis Carter, founder and CEO of Best Practice Institute
