Emotionally Connected Leader – Coaching for Peak Performance

The Emotionally Connected Leader can be applied to any manager of people, who coaches people from a lower level division manager straight up to the CEO.

We are fortunate that the study’s principal author, Louis Carter is a very engaging and informative speaker. We have combined his presentations/facilitated discussions with the executive team as well as a system for getting and giving advice and coaching on a periodic basis to show changes over time. 

STEP 1

We start off with our quick pulse survey to determine the coach or manager’s ECI. The result will be a dashboard showing the scores of each factor, along with the team’s cumulative ECI (if appropriate).

STEP 2

Active weekly planning, coaching conversations and optional 360-coaching are provided along with actual advice on how to get better in any area that needs to be built on – both individually and in teams.

STEP 3

Work with the team and managers to co-create a series of next steps to assess results and close the gaps.

STEP 4

Apply prescription, led by Louis Carter, in the form of TED-type talks, Executive Coaching, 360-degree assessment, active daily/weekly planning, coaching conversations, Organization or Team Audit, Custom Workshops, Micro-Learning, High Potential Leadership Development, and a series of facilitated discussions within divisions and/or departments to identify specific behaviors that would result in a Most Loved Workplace from the perspective of all employees.

STEP 5

Measure and Show change over time. Re-apply prescription if necessary.
