Beverly Crowell is the Executive Vice President of Career Systems International (CSI) providing operational management for the firm's Marketing and Product Development teams. She is a recognized expert in the areas of strategic talent management, employee engagement and retention, career development, and coaching. Prior to CSI, Beverly was responsible for developing and delivering leadership, management and professional development programs for United Space Alliance at Kennedy Space Center in Florida and Johnson Space Center in Texas. She is a noted speaker and contributing author to The Talent Management Handbook: Creating Organizational Excellence by Identifying, Developing, and Promoting Your Best People; and Coaching for Leadership: What the World's Greatest Coaches Do Differently.
