Biography

Agnes is currently the Vice President, People and Leadership for Equinor (formerly Statoil). Agnes has over 20 years experience in various HR roles across the globe. Agnes' career started in executive search with Korn/Ferry, then working in recruitment and organizational development roles in several IT/Telecom startups in Budapest, Hungary (KPN Telecom, Pantel, Nextra). She then moved to a Talent & Leadership Development role in Orkla, Norway which led to her role as the Head of HR for GE Money Bank in Norway. In 2010 she joined Equinor, then Statoil, where she held various roles including HR Manager for global mid- and downstream crude oil and refined oil products organization, Corporate VP of HR role for deployment and development of the global HR network, then moving to Houston, TX to take on her current role as VP HR for Development and Production,US and head of HR for Equinor in the US. Agnes has a BA in Business Sciences (Oxford Brookes University) and an MBA with specialization in e-commerce for the University of South Australia. Agnes and her family currently live in Houston, TX.
