She has consulted with non-profit organizations and target marketing work for a reputation management/search engine optimization company. In addition, her executive leadership positions on boards and committees have led to significant policy and structure changes, creating organizational design that keeps important human capital and relationships in mind.
Mary holds an MS, Higher Education, an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change and is a PhD Candidate in Organizational Leadership.
