Dr. Jackson is a global change agent transforming organizations and leaders. He assesses and develops top executives and high potential talent to ensure performance, engagement development and retention. He works with senior executives on talent and organizational effectiveness. Currently he serves as the CEO and Executive Coach for The FTO Group.

Derick is also a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Stakeholder Centered Coach providing group and individual leadership coaching to emerging and experienced leaders.

As a global change agent, Dr. Jackson has architected global talent management and organizational performance strategies and processes for high performing organizations around the world to include companies like: Saudi Aramco, Nordstrom, Pearson Education, Wells Fargo, SABIC and the U.S. Government.
