Dr. Linda Sharkey is considered by many to be one of the world’s leading executive coaches. She is an internationally recognized expert on leadership and organization transformation. With her leadership, talent and culture development programs, she develops high-potential leaders, optimizes talents and shapes company culture to sustain business advantages and yield business results.

Linda has extensive experience as a HR Executive & Business Strategist. During her tenure at Hewlett Packard, the company was recognized on the Fortune 20 list of companies for developing leaders. This recognition by Fortune was largely due to the work by Linda’s group. In addition, during her years as Chief Talent Officer at Hewlett Packard, the company’s stock price saw double-digit growth.
