Biography

Lizz, is the Vice President US Group for Felix Global Corp. She is a Fellow from Johns Hopkins University, a well known thought leader in Talent Management. Lizz is the author of The Cultural Fit Factor, Creating an Employment Brand that Attracts, Retains and Repels the Right Employees. She also authored Getting Your Shift Together, Making Sense of Organizational Culture and Change. Lizz is recommended by the Society for Human Resource Management and a member of the National Speakers Association.
