I am a force for positive growth and change. Throughout my career, I have sought ways to identify individual and organizational dysfunction and correct it at the root. In my decades of experience, I have found that, while people may not be the problem, they are at the heart of every problem—so it makes sense that people need to be at the heart of every solution too.

I find joy in understanding complex issues and developing custom frameworks and solutions to help leadership teams drive for vision-based, people-centric results. I train individuals and organizations to establish cross-functional partnerships, helping them harness efficient communication, clear expectations and active decision making. My expertise lies in rallying the strategic value of HR and leaders at every level to enable people to reach new levels of success.
