After more than two decades of service, I have decided to shut the Rethinking Work doors and have started a new business.
I authored the book and pioneered the concept by the same name We Are All Self-Employed (Berrett-Koehler, 2003, 2nd edition) and have guided executives, managers, specialists, and entrepreneurs using this concept through transition: to know themselves better, to explore their options, and to honor their passion by reaching for new meaningful goals. In the past few years, I have personally explored many questions and ideas to uncover and act on my creativity and passion.
I now build custom benches and tables from reclaimed materials: stone, wood, iron, and glass. As well, I develop art forms and source specialty stone for residences and businesses. I welcome your comments and your visit to my outdoor gallery in West Concord Village, 152 Commonwealth Avenue, Concord, MA behind Nashoba Brook Bakery and across from the footbridge.
