Biography

I am fortunate to be President and Chief Service Officer of Leapgen. We are a services firm that works with HR and IT leaders globally to challenge established thinking and shape their organization's future of work. Our areas of focus include digital workforce transformation, recruiting & onboarding, human capital & talent management, HR service delivery, employee engagement and workforce intelligence. I oversee our Delivery organization, providing leadership by managing talent, methodology, growth and profitability. I also work with our Sales, Marketing and Delivery Teams to manage relationships with clients and ensure their success.
