Biography

I have been invited as a speaker, panel discussant, chairperson of session in workshops/seminars in many parts of the world. I am an HR consultant in the following areas: Employee engagement, Cooperative employee relations, Strategic HRM, Diversity management, Contract labour employment, and aligning HR strategy with business strategy. Among others, I have advised Global chairperson & CEO of a Japanese MNC about HR Policies & Employee Engagement Realities in Indian context; and have trained 147 line managers of a large-scale non-unionized automobile plant on promoting employee engagement and proactive employee relations.
