I have worked for Hewlett-Packard Company, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and now at HP Inc. since 1997. I have worked in different positions within the company as an Administrative Assistant and an Executive Assistant.
Job tasks include:
- Calendar maintenance; scheduling executive appointments, direct staff, all-hands webcasts, 1:1 meetings; interviews scheduling; new hires set up
- Preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, and maintaining travel budget for SVP.
- Mentoring/leading the other administrative staff of the department/division and work together as a team in different projects.
- Creating Org Charts and help on editing presentations. PDL's create/maintain
- Ordering supplies, and equipment. Reserve conference rooms and order catering for some meetings
- Work with IT Support as needed. Coordinate and work with other department EA's on moves and events.
- Apply extensive knowledge of job skills, company policies and procedures to complete assignments/tasks.
