Biography

Stephen Rhinesmith, Ph.D. is one of the world’s leading experts on global leadership and has taught global leadership for Samsung, Mitsubishi, Novartis, Ford, Bank of America, Merck, Avon, Burberry, Grupo Santander, and Saudi Aramco. He is the author or co-author of four books and 30 articles on leadership development and brings to his consulting practice twenty years of senior international management experience, fifteen of which were as President of the AFS International Student Exchange Program and Holland America Cruise Lines. In addition to his private sector experience, Dr. Rhinesmith served for ten years as a senior leadership consultant to the World Bank and was President Reagan’s Coordinator for US-Soviet Exchanges with personal rank of US Ambassador.
