David has been working in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition for the past 15 years. He has experience with both Executive Search and high volume non-exempt staffing. David has designed and managed multiple applicant tracking systems to include integrations with various onboarding, selection & assessment, and Social Media platforms. In his most recent role, David manages the recruitment technologies and Social Media channels throughout Time Warner Cable to engage candidates for selection purposes. David earned his Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
