For many years I taught strategy and organization design in academia. Later I moved to teaching and providing consulting advice to clients. I am always interested in learning the new dimensions and challenges facing organizations as the competitive landscape becomes more complex (global challenges, smart and fast innovators, channel expansions and more demanding customers, to name a few).
