Jane Brent is a senior level professional focusing primarily in the areas of Organization Development and Human Resources with over 20 years experience. Jane has worked with and reported to CEO’s, boards, executive leaders and their organizations on strategy development and implementation, organization design, senior executive roles and transitions, cultural change, mergers and acquisitions, executive coaching, staffing and talent management and HR practices design and implementation.
Jane has spent her career as an external and internal consultant working with executives through first line management in small and large domestic and global organizations. Recently Jane led the Human Resources, Organization Development and Facilities departments of a financial institution. As the Senior Vice President, she reported to the CEO and provided strategic HR and OD council and implementation that had company-wide impact.
