Having been through a number of career changes myself, I know first hand the 20 year career is gone. I will not advise my clients otherwise. Renown for cutting through the extraneous to get to the root of the problem, I get below the surface and draw out what my clients would truly like to be doing.

I believe you already know the answer. I take my clients through a series of exercises to reconnect them with that.
