Biography

Susan Cramm is active in the fight against modern-day slavery and working as the COO and treasurer of International Sanctuary.

Founder of Valuedance®, a leadership coaching firm, she helped pioneer the IT coaching profession through her passion and gifts for developing others, as well as her keen insights regarding leadership, which are derived from extensive research and years serving in executive level positions.

Author of "8 Things We Hate About I.T.: How To Move Beyond The Frustrations To Form A New Partnership with I.T. published by Harvard Press.

She is also a frequent speaker and award winning columnist, authoring the CIO Magazine Executive Coach column from 2000 – 2007, the "Have IT Your Way” blog for Harvard Online, and currently writing for Booz Strategy+Business publication. She has served as review board member for CIO Magazine’s Enterprise Value Award and CIO 100 Award.
