Biography

Christina Cashin leads Key’s Talent Management group. The Talent Management team has accountability for Key’s talent planning, succession planning, leader/team/ organizational effectiveness processes; as well as, enterprise leadership development programs. Christina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at Cleveland State University and an Executive Masters of Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. In addition, she has pursued her passion of leadership coaching and is a graduate of Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching program. Christina’s professional credentials include: Hogan Leadership Assessment, Prosci’s Change Management practitioner and train-the-trainer certification, PDI and VOICES 360-degree feedback, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and a Skilled Facilitator designation. Christina resides in Olmsted Falls, Ohio with her husband and two children.
