Biography

Richard has 37 years’ HR experience; before RMV Solutions LLC he was SVP & CHRO at KEMET Electronics and SVP-HR, MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas with responsibility for 8 resort casinos, including Bellagio and CityCenter. Previously, he was HP’s VP-HR for Asia Pacific living in Singapore with responsibility for 14 Countries. Prior to the HP merger, Richard was VP-HR for Compaq North America. For ten years after his PhD in I/O Psychology he was with PepsiCo leading Mgt. Dvlpt. &Training for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. Later, he became VP-HR for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. Richard held executive positions in Campbell Soup Company; VW when living in Germany introducing Customer Satisfaction measurement; and the Gallup Organization selecting SMART car franchisees throughout Europe. The author of numerous journal articles and two books, he is Vice-Chair of the Board for HRPS, where he served for five years as the Executive Editor of the People & Strategy journal.
