Biography

Ed Franzone is a leadership development and learning professional with extensive experience working for world class organizations in the banking, energy and medical technology industries. Each of Ed’s roles has been global, affording him the opportunity to work extensively across geographies and cultures. In his current role, Ed is responsible for creating BD's worldwide learning strategy and leading BD University. Ed's passion lies in designing and facilitating leadership development programs that resonate with multi-cultural audiences in every region of the world. His experiential programs integrate assessment, coaching, mentoring, executive education, corporate social responsibility and action learning.
