My work revolves around helping organizations with complex change initiatives, by: • Running change programs: de-risking and accelerating programs including organizational design and operating model enhancements, outsourcing projects, and restructuring and relocation activities • Guiding change leaders: acting as a coach, advisor or sounding board to change sponsors and program directors from initiative inception to benefits realization • Building delivery capabilities: developing project, change and internal consulting teams, increasing organization's abilities to repeatedly achieve their strategic visions In addition, I am an award-winning author and a regular public speaker.
