HR & Leadership Assessments Report
The following literary review includes meta-analyses performed since 2005 on the validity of employee assessments as predictors of job performance. Employee assessments reviewed by type include the Big Five personality tests, emotional intelligence (EI), cognitive ability tests (CAT), computer adapted tests (CAT) and situational judgment tests (SJT) (behavioural). The state of the current employee assessment research is discussed in relation to current developments in employee assessment tools. The review concludes that employee assessment vendors are developing advanced solutions that respond to concerns expressed in the employee assessment research, including test validity, response validity, adverse impact and validation procedures.
Best Practice case studies are also reviewed from companies such as BP, Motorola, and US Airforce.
