Businesses, especially global ones, are challenged to keep pace with the speed of change in their industry. Emerging competition, regulatory standards, M&A’s, new technology, and changing customer demands are forcing organizations to rethink their business models, corporate culture, organizational structure, and leadership competencies – nothing less than the need for comprehensive rapid transformation.
The challenge is twofold – First, the vision to reinvent the business as conditions change quickly, and second, rapidly mobilizing the organization’s culture to create those transformations.
