With over 12,000 followers on LinkedIn, Richard Rosenow has carved out a niche for himself in the People Analytics Space. He’s the founder of the Bay Area People Analytics meetup, he’s a member of the Facebook People Analytics team (one of the most mature teams in the country), and he’s a regular speaker at People Analytics conferences across the country. He loves seeing this space grow and to help where he can he makes time to connect with executives and teams about how to start their own journey in the People Analytics Space.



In the session, Richard will introduce the field of People Analytics. No previous experience in the space required. He will talk about why this function has been rising the past few years and how to start a People Analytics COE. The first half of the presentation will be an introduction based on common questions Richard works on with new teams, but the second half of the presentation will be reserved for your questions.
