Next Practice Creation Session: Employee Wellness and Impacts on Performance & Productivity

Presenter: Bpi, Learning and Leadership Development Staff, Best Practice Institute

Description

It's been nearly 9 months since hundreds of thousands of workers transitioned overnight into a virtual workforce. During that time, while some have returned to the office, the "office culture" has drastically changed, potentially forever. In the initial days, HR & Talent leaders were at the forefront of building processes for teams to collaborate together, balance their family and work life, while still executing on the goals and outcomes needed to run the business.

Now HR and Talent leaders are tasked with a new priority - Employee Wellness, and the impact on productivity & performance.

In this session, we will come together with your peers, BPI's CEO Louis Carter, and BPI Senior Executive Board co-chair Rick O'Leary to discuss and co-create the Next Practices in Employee Wellness and its impact on performance and productivity. In breakout groups, we will discuss...

What Will You Learn

In breakout groups, we will discuss:

* How to help our employees deal with the stress from working from home and keep maximum performance.
* Wellness programs that have positively increased employees’ performance and productivity.
* The management behaviors and activities that we should be doing more of/less of/starting/stopping related to employee's wellness and decreasing stress levels.
