Given the changing workforce and work location arrangements moving forward as a result of COVID, organizations have to change the way they measure productivity, while employees need the change the way they stay productive.

In this session, we will come together to share and co-create what is already working, what organizations should be doing, and the potential impact on organization culture in 2021 and beyond.

We will focus on the pros and cons and the dos and don'ts of maximizing productivity with the new workforce. The session will look at both production workers and knowledge workers, and across all industries and sectors.
