Biography

Richard O’Leary is CHRO of Hopkins Manufacturing Corp. directing all human resources activities for Hopkins at eight locations around the world. Most recently, O’Leary was the corporate vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer for Milacron, a global leader in the plastic technology and processing industry. Prior to that, he served as corporate vice president of human resources and administration for Iris International. He also held senior-level HR positions with Corning Incorporated, Cytometrics, Inc., Owens Corning and Public Service Electric & Gas. During his career, O’Leary also served with the Delaware Air National Guard state staff for over 25 years, retiring as a clinical psychologist and human relations officer as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force. His educational background includes a doctorate in Counseling Psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Counseling Psychology, from Western Michigan University.
