Brian's leadership style is one in which you are encouraged to truly stretch your limits, and always think about a better way of working to increase operational efficiency and is also a champion for innovation. I learned a great deal from Brian as he is not only a thought leader in the OD space and put into practice some of the most well designed initiatives that had a significant impact on the engagement and development of our people, he is very customer focused and built strong relationships with the business and was held in high regard across the organization. He sets high expectations while providing the support and motivation to help his team members exceed their goals and platform them to reach their full potential.
