Biography

Mary Lauria is a senior Talent Management and HR executive with a strong track record of successful leadership and execution across a broad range of disciplines and industries including Health Care, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Energy and Management Consulting. Mary rejoined Johnson & Johnson in August, 2012 as the VP, Global Talent Management. In this role, Mary is responsible for a global talent strategy that includes programs, process and design around key talent levers including talent acquisition, executive and leadership development and learning. Previous to her role at J&J, Mary was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Constellation Energy based in Baltimore, MD. In this role, she had responsibility for all aspects of the human resources function and was a member of the company's Executive Committee.
