Tim joined GE Crotonville in 2013. Established in 1956 and widely acknowledge as the world’s first corporate university, Crotonville is the epicenter of Leadership Development for GE. Its mission is to inspire, develop and connect the leaders of today and tomorrow. Tim’s main responsibility is to develop and deliver Crotonville Leadership Learning experiences for GE customers across Europe, Russia CIS, the Middle East and Africa. Tim also delivers several programs in the U.S. each year. In his prior role, Tim spent 2 years at GE Healthcare responsible for designing and delivering Sales training and other learning interventions across GE Healthcare Europe and beyond. Tim also spent 16 years working for GE Capital in a variety of Sales and Sales Leadership roles before moving into Learning & Development. Those roles included Global Learning & Development Leader (GE Global Banking), Global Head of Sales & Marketing Training (GE Consumer Finance) and European Commercial Training Manager.
