Biography

Vanessa Dupuis is currently the Head of Global Talent Management for Celanese Corporation, a 7,500 person organization where she partners with senior business leaders to design and implement a holistic, global talent strategy for Celanese. Vanessa has over 18 years experience in human resources specializing in organizational effectiveness and talent management across several industries including Chemical, Energy, Financial Services, Technology & Healthcare. Prior to joining Celanese, Vanessa held senior level roles at Duke Energy, Bank of America, and Dell, among others.
