Albert Blixt has more than 25 years’ experience in organizational consulting after prior careers as an attorney, university business school professor and business owner. His work focuses on helping to develop leaders and mobilizing the people of organizations to create futures of their own choosing. His practice includes strategic planning, coaching of leaders and leadership teams, strategy deployment, process, and organizational redesign and culture change. Al is a developer of the “Whole-ScaleTM Change” methodology that helps organizations bring about rapid, sustained change in strategy, culture, organizational processes, and design.
