Biography

Bill is an OD/OE leader supporting initiatives through the decoding of corporate strategy into practical structures, processes, and tools to drive business success. He is known for his innovative thinking and long-term strategic development in major corporate transformations. Prior to joining SABIC, he has had senior corporate roles in Verizon, Skanska, Honeywell, and Ericsson, and been a management consultant with PDI Ninth House and Hay Group before starting his own firm. Bill spent a significant amount of time living and working in Europe and the Middle East before repatriating to the USA in 2016.
