Currently I am the Director of Talent at G&K Services. I lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development strategy in addition to overseeing sales,service, and production training for the organization.
Before I grab my talent hammer, I make sure I know what the business wants to build. My talent blueprint starts with aligning on the “why”, collaborating on the “how”, and measuring the “what”. I have a breadth of tools in my HR toolbox and create customized solutions that meet the needs of the business.
