Biography

I build enterprise recruiting strategies to help companies compete in the talent marketplace. I help solve talent acquisition problems. My goal is to create great candidate experiences for companies hiring at scale. Recruiting is about changing someone’s life for the better and it never gets old. 



I'm a member of the LinkedIn 100, an international group of professionals that steer LinkedIn's product development and improve its functionality. I'm a founding member of the Advisory Council for GettingHired, a career portal for people with disabilities. I’ve helped build and launch veterans’ initiatives that connect transitioning military talent to corporate roles and opportunities. I’m a former member of the Advisory Council for Avature and sat on the board of the Northwest Recruiting Association (NWRA).
