Member of the talent acquisition senior management team for the Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Built and manage end to end hiring process for C-suite and executive recruitment for the 12th largest bank in the US with $150 billion in assets. Lead a small high-performing team responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of senior level talent for all Retail and Commercial Banking businesses and group functions to include Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations and HR.
