I was appointed to my current role as SVP Global Manufacturing & Supply in May 2016, leading the HR strategy for 30,000 people in over 70 sites across the world. In GMS we are committed to supplying our medicines and consumer products to the person at the end of the supply chain. Safety, Quality and Supply are top of our agenda. In HR our priorities centre on building the capability of our employees to do their best work, engagement behind our mission, accelerating our diverse talent from early talent to senior leaders and supporting the productivity of our sites.
