Biography

Sue is responsible for Leadership and Talent Development globally at Hilton Worldwide (4,000+ hotels in more than 90 countries, with 140,000+ employees in its Owned & Managed properties). Sue’s role includes performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development programs and L&D curricula for the group. Prior to joining Hilton in 2007 she spent 3 years with H.J.Heinz Ltd as Head of OD and Reward Europe. Sue has been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years and has worked in all HR disciplines on a regional and group basis, including re-structures and M&A. Her previous roles include SVP Organisation Development for InterContinental Hotels Group and senior HR roles with Bass PLC, including Employee Relations. She is based in the UK and spent 9 months at Hilton’s corporate offices near Washington D.C. in 2011.
