Biography

Al Blixt is a senior partner in Dannemiller Tyson Associates (DTA and a developer of the “Whole-Scale® Change” methodology that helps organizations bring about rapid, sustained change in strategy, culture, organizational processes and design. Al’s approach to working with organizations stresses engagement and tapping the wisdom that is found within each individual. Al Blixt has more than 25 years’ experience in organizational consulting after prior careers as an attorney, university business school professor and business owner. His work focuses on helping to develop leaders and mobilizing the people of organizations to create futures of their own choosing.

Al has extensive experience working with education and nonprofit organizations in strategic planning and board development. He is the co-author of Navigating In A Sea of Change; one of the authors of Whole-Scale Change: Unleashing the Magic in Organizations and The Whole-Scale Toolkit.
