Biography

I am drawn to high-impact problems. This is why I report to a CEO, Founder or the C-suite. They are also my references that will speak to my ability to deliver results and impact to the business. I’m a truth-teller that asks honest, direct questions others don’t. This style isn’t for everyone, but enables me to get to the root of a challenge and collaborate on a solution. I am very good at big picture strategy thinking and laddering that down to tactical execution, and back again.
