Biography

I joined Saudi Aramco in March of 2006 with over 30 years of extensive international experience in a variety of industries including oil and gas, high technology, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, and telecommunications. I have provided consultation to leaders and executives in the areas of leadership, coaching, personal and professional development, career planning, assessment technologies and executive development. I have successfully designed and implemented global leadership and organizational development initiatives including group and team dynamics, change management and succession planning.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas and my Masters Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas.
