Biography

Heath N. Topper joined Corning in August 2007 as Organizational Effectiveness Director, Strategic Growth within Science and Technology.

Prior to joining Corning, Topper held the position of vice president, human resources at Covalence Specialty Materials Corp., a custom flexible packaging manufacturer in Minneapolis, MN. He has also held director-level human resource positions Tyco International and AutoNation along with generalist positions at the Pepsi Bottling Group and Siemens. He was a leader for HR processes including employee relations, people planning, staffing and organizational development for these corporations.

Topper holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the York College of Pennsylvania.
