Biography

Koko Nakahara is President of Instructional Design, Inc., a Performance Consulting and Talent Development consulting firm in Yokohama, Japan. In early 2002, she incorporated the company based upon her career in developing training and performance management solutions for leading Japanese and foreign companies including Citibank and Microsoft, and her professional commitment to advancing this field of expertise to meet the critical needs of Japanese companies to develop and manage their human resources and human capital. Her consulting clients include many major companies from pharmaceutical to IT, chemical, manufacturing and e-learning industries in Japan.
