Biography

My passion has been to solve the problem that individuals love what they learn in formal corporate programs (the 10), but seldom apply what they learn in their work (the 70 and 20) in a way that improves their performance. Over the last 17 years we at Fort Hill have created scalable ways to trigger the application of learning that delivers verifiable improved performance outcomes. Our new 70-20® methodology and technology turns learning from an event into a process, and activates the Learning Side of Work.
