Biography

Lynne Morton is a globally recognized thought leader in talent management. In Feb. 2009, Lynne received the HR Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India, in recognition of her accomplishments. President/Principal of the NYC-based consultancy Performance Improvement (PI) Solutions, Inc., Lynne has been featured in publications around the world (e.g., CFO Magazine, Black Enterprise, HRM Singapore, HR Mag. Australia) and has contributed articles/book chapters (e.g., HR Frontiers: Shifting Borders & Changing Boundaries - IHRIM, 2007- and Global Talent - HCI, 2006.)
