Biography

With 25+ years in the financial services and media/publishing sectors, Karen now coaches executives and emerging leaders, with an emphasis on women and minority leaders and MBA grads. Areas of expertise include career transition coaching, resume consulting, OD and change management. She has facilitated many workshops including Communicating Styles, Effective Presentations and Mentoring for Emerging Leaders and consults with domestic and international companies, designing and facilitating OD and training initiatives. In addition, Karen is a resume consultant for one of the largest web-based executive job boards. Karen regularly serves as a guest speaker, moderator and facilitator on career panels; she earned her MBA degree with an emphasis in management and is passionately committed to helping her clients
