Susanne developed thorough business acumen by spending 15 years in sales, purchasing, product and market management in Dow. Due to her striving for continuous learning she discovered her passion for transformation. During the following 8 years she enhanced her skills of training and development, organizational design and development, strategy definition and alignment, and change management. She is recognized for being a conceptual thinker, cross-linker, and driver of results via people. She lived in Germany, Belgium and Switzerland and had several global assignments. She speaks German, English, French and Dutch fluently.
